How do you chat with a bot? No stress, no fuss!

It’s worth knowing who you’re talking to, as this determines how much you can expect from the bot:

  • A standard bot (click-based): It works like a restaurant menu – you can only choose from what’s on the list. If you ask a question that isn’t on the list, the bot will be confused. There may also be no option to type in your own text (only buttons).

  • AI Bot (Conversational): It acts as a smart assistant. You can ask it any question, and it will generate a reply tailored specifically to you, drawing on its vast knowledge base.
